Liebster Award

liebsterThank you for the nomination. Mann Kaundal has seen something in my writing, which I still am skeptical about (Hahaa), to have bestown me with this nomination. I have been flattered by her genuine gesture.

You can read her amazing posts here Mann Kaundal

HERE ARE THE RULES:

  1. Make a post thanking and linking the person who nominated you and include the Liebster Award sticker in the post.
  2. Nominate 5-10 other bloggers and notify them of this in one of their posts.
  3. All nominated bloggers are to have less than 200 followers.
  4. Answer the 10 questions posed by your nominator and create 10 different questions for your nominees to answer. Or, you can repeat the same questions.
  5. Copy these rules into your post.

The questions for me are:

  1. What is the silliest thing you have ever done?

=> It would probably have been lying in the middle of the road and watching the sky filled with stars post midnight with friends!

2. What is the most romantic thing you ever did?

field

=> The most romantic thing was sing a song in the middle of lush green fields. :-D…..Apart from this, I believe the most romantic thing to do is keep expressing your love in small little ways daily to make them feel their preciousness!!!!

3. Who is your best friend?

=> That’s a tie! Two best friends: Myself and my Father

4. Are your looks conscious?

=> Yes. That is how we learn. Although philosophy says the opposite, but that is what we are here for….to break conventions!!!!

5. The best romantic movie according to you?

fault

=> “The Fault in our Stars”…not a word more needed!

6. Your best holiday destination till date?

=> Indubitably it has to be Kashmir!!!!

7. Do you believe in astrology?

=> No, I do not believe in astrology. Had that been the case, I feel the astrologers would have been the most successful people in the world since they would know in advance what’s coming their way! Haha!

8. What are the traits that your life partner should possess?

=> Too early to answer that! I think the best part is in not planning or expecting because the planners at best became bankers!! Let it run wild…:-D

9. One thing you never told anyone?

=> That is very safe with “Anyone”….:-)

10. If you meet God on the street, what will be your reaction?

=> I would ask him “How’s Life”..Since he would already know about mine!!

Memories- A Catapult to the Past

image

Memories, the hardest emotional regime for an individual, can be as delicate at times to be cherished and as piercing at times to assume a comatose life. They are serendipitous. They are blessings. They are harsh. They are omens.

Memories are a direct ignition for emotions. They embed and etch in such a way that you can only come out by being better. However, memories can also be considered synonymous to experiences in a way. Rather, more precisely, memories are a direct consequence of experiences and the beauty lies in the fact that here, both the action and the consequence have something to teach.

Having survived a suicide attempt, there is a certain amount of stillness that grows in you. And its ok. It is very ok to be still, stoic and confused since it is the path to all clarity. These attempts can only show you the value of living. Having said that, this is no kind of encouragement for a suicide but it’s an analogy that only when you are at the bottom rock can you trek up. Only when you have known what is heat can you feel the coolness. Only when you know what it is to be innocent can you become sly. Live life on a trampoline, rise to fall and fall to rise, only that the rise after every fall should be higher. It is the law of nature and that is even how the international markets work.

Learn to let go, learn to accept because change is inevitable but progress is optional. Learn to face the facts before a spark turns to an inferno, learn to live because standing in the present you are unknowingly making a future. So have such a wonderful present and make such fantabulous memories that you have a pragmatic and ever-enjoyful future.

Keep learning!!!!

Myself

Dear Readers,

The blog finds its way into my life because I am a compulsive writer. As they say, “writing is the only social vent sometimes that an individual can have”, and hence, here we are interacting. The topics may be random but for sure worth a read.

So, keep blogging and keep liking……;-)
